I’m a bit behind in posts because I’ve been traveling so much for work these days. I’m currently on one last big trip before I’m officially too pregnant to fly. So the Superbowl is old news (OMG Katy Perry), but here’s a quick look at how I spent the day. I made monkey bread using Chronicle’s new book, Baking With Less Sugar. There was still quite a bit of sugar in the recipe, and I ran out of it while dipping, and had to use more, so I’m not sure how much less sugar I actually ended up using. But I’m looking forward to trying a lot of the other recipes in the book that use honey, maple sugar, and fruits for sugar substitutes.
