Some of my colleagues and I had a cookie exchange before the holiday break. I made chocolate snickerdoodles from one of our cookbooks, Hand Made Baking. There were pecan brownies from Brown Sugar Kitchen, pistachio cranberry biscotti from Ciao Biscotti, shortbread cookies from Tartine and so much more buttery delicious goodness. Such a treat to have access to so many scrumptious recipes from our cookbook publishing. I took two boxes home and savored them for the next few days of the holiday vacation.
